He actually was born in England, however, they moved to the Philippines when he was still young (I think he was still in elementary school). He didn't go back to England until he was college age. He studied Electrical Engineering and Marketing in college in both England and Boston. That's probably why his accent is not all that noticeable. He was actually working for his dad before he was discovered by a showbiz agent.
I'm glad he was discovered though, he's HOTTTTT!!!!!

OMG !!! I am so inluv with Derek Ramsay ! he is gorgeous and watchin his video makes me wanna cum...hahhahahaha... He is good looking and Angelica Panganiban is so lucky to have a boyfriend like him. I wonder how and when they become lovers..???
