HELLO KITTY COPS!
Our Royal Thai Police is under world spotlight again. This time it’s for the “punishment” of wearing a Hello Kitty hot-pink armband when they are caught breaking the rules. I don’t know if I would laugh hard or laugh harder but I gotta give it to them – It sounds so crazy that it might just work! Ha! They said verbal warning and *insults?* doesn’t work anymore so they came up with a very novel way to castigate those unruly cops.
Police officers caught littering, parking in a prohibited area, arriving late or any minor misdemeanors — will be forced to stay in the division office and wear the *cute* armband all day. But here’s the kicker – they won’t be wearing it in public though. Bugger!
Wait a sec -- this is for small offences only? Real bugger! If I'm the police chief, I'll make them wear hot pink headress ala Vegas showgirl with matching feather boa! There! Take that!

They will try anything. I won't be surprised if they put make up on them for other offenses. *sigh*
i think this is a great idea..
but it should also be worn in public..
but i love the hot pink headress thingy you suggested.
