hey, i heard that thai tuk-tuks are fast becoming popular in japan. i don't know, it could just be my ENVY and all that, but, could this be japan instead of thailand?
@Pisanu...I would personally think so. It's not a remote possibility that snow had somehow found its way to Thailand and was not recorded. Besides, there are Southeast Asian cities/places which experience "mild winter" like Chiang Rai, Hanoi and Batanes.
wow, is this really true? snow? Batanes? in the philippines? snow? wow, i've got to visit there. hehehe.. at least i could taste what snow is . ehahhahahah

@Chase... I've read once there were times that some of the towns in the Mountain Province had their grounds frozen.
Also, a friend of mine said that hail poured on the mountain town of Lucban in Quezon province for a brief period.
I wouldn't really be surprised if northern Thailand would have snow. =)
