As far as the Indonesian public knows, Asmirandah doesn't have a full name. As it is not uncommon in Indonesia not to have a last / family name, I think it's safe to assume that her name is just "Asmirandah". I mean, it's not like Anggun or Cher who actually has a full name but prefer just to be known with a single name.
Additional info: Asmirandah is Dutch-Indonesian.
